I had a truly relaxing stay at the Volcano Spa Hotel. The location was surprisingly convenient, with just a short walk to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city center. The room exceeded my expectations, being spacious and modernly equipped. The highlight of my stay was the delicious meals at the hotel restaurant, especially the steaks. The hotel's gym and spa facilities were well-equipped and offered a great way to unwind. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited food options late at night and the lack of air-conditioning, overall I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas at a lovely hotel within walking distance to city center. Enjoyed the delicious dinner and cozy atmosphere. the spa was a plus with a soothing massage to end the holiday. Will surely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The room was a bit small and not much storage space for clothes and luggage. Internet connection was slow and couldn't stream Christmas movies which was a bit disappointing.
