We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a spacious bathroom. The staff was exceptional, being friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, catering to all preferences. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of services such as car hire, room service, and tours/ticket assistance, making our stay even more convenient. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which provided a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

That the hotel was a bit far from the city center, requiring a 10-minute walk and climbing 80 stairs to catch public transportation. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience.

This venue is located in a very awkward place at the outskirts of the city, but in the best neighbourhood with great service at the reception desk. The room amenities are excellent, including air conditioning, soundproofed rooms, and in-room safe. Moreover, this hotel has an abundance of facilities like shops, car hire, laundry, and a tour desk.

Families will also like this venue, but they may not find it to be the most exciting location for a trip with children.

The little touches like a nail file were greatly appreciated. The hotel also had a great spa, which was definitely worth the extra cost. The breakfast was delicious and there were multiple restaurants to choose from. The hotel park and facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. it was a high-standard hotel at a great price.

Comfortable rooms with large bathrooms, helpful and friendly staff, and a wide selection of restaurants nearby. Excellent sports and fitness facilities including swimming pool, fitness center, and squash. Breakfast offers a variety of options and the option to have lunch too. Good internet connection, quiet rooms, and efficient elevators.

We got great value for our money with an upgraded apartment room, which had two separate rooms and a balcony with a fantastic view. The staff treated us warmly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient, being within a 15-20 minute walk to the O2 Arena.

the room I was assigned to was quite small and cramped, with very little space to move around in. the noise level in the hotel was quite high and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
