Exceptional breakfast buffet with a great variety.

I was disappointed with the room we received. It felt outdated and generic, nowhere near the pictures advertised. Housekeeping was also lacking. I had to request cleaning each day, which took away from the comfort I expected from a hotel.

Best room I've ever stayed in spacious and well-appointed. The staff was incredibly helpful providing us with complimentary drinks and ensuring we had everything we needed.

Rooms can feel cramped with limited space to move around. The noise from nearby clubs impacted our ability to relax during the night.

The check-in was smooth, no nonsense at all, kind staff which made me feel relaxed after traveling. The room was comfy, and I loved that it was tidy and well made-up, provided a decent atmosphere for collapsing after a long day.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but the level of service made it forgivable.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby Islands Brygge Harbour Baths, perfect for a family dip. The hotel was clean and accommodating. Leisurely cocktails at Josephine’s Bar were a highlight of our evening. Having mom along made it even more special.

In my wife’s opinion, noise control is essential for a better experience.

My recent stay was highlighted by the central location, which made it easy to reach nearby attractions. I appreciated the large breakfast room and variety of options, including good coffee. However, on arrival, my daughter and I were allocated a small room instead of the deluxe one we booked. The staff at the reception were not helpful in resolving this. Still, I enjoyed exploring local cafes and sights, reminding me of my travels in Italy.

the bar area was super chill and the cocktails were on point. close to all the major attractions, making it easy to explore. Housekeeping was top-notch. the room stayed fresh and clean since they did a great job.
