We had an amazing stay in this hotel in the heart of the city center. It was the perfect location for exploring the wonderful city. We were just a short walk from the central station which was ideal for getting around and visiting all the touristic attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we were able to check-in early, which was a nice surprise. The room's temperature was easily adjustable, so we never felt cold even though it was freezing outside. The reception area was spectacular, and the bar downstairs had a cool ambiance. we had a great experience here.

It would have been great if all the staff were as friendly as the one girl at the reception who kindly helped me send postcards. However, I would still recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The breakfast buffet was top-notch and offered a great variety of delicious options. We also found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the rooms, although a bit small for our luggage, had a super comfortable bed.

It was also super easy to access from the CPH airport, which was a big plus. Being close to the main attraction points made it so convenient to explore and see everything I wanted to. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast buffet - plenty of options to choose from and a great way to start the day!

The area was really nice and there were plenty of things to do nearby. Secondly, the service was excellent. The staff was very professional and helpful, and the room service was top-notch. They even had a 24-hour reception, which was super convenient. Lastly, the amenities were great. The hotel had everything I needed, from a fitness center to a bar/lounge area. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary facilities, like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
