I had a room outside of the main building, on the second floor, which provided a peaceful retreat. The cobblestone path leading to the room added charm to the overall experience. The comfortable bed and clean room ensured a good night's sleep. Despite the minor inconvenience of water splashing during showers, the heated floor helped dry it up quickly. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, and the fast WiFi allowed me to stay connected. Additionally, the hotel's location in a quiet area offered a serene atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

Historic building with interesting history. Spacious rooms, each named after someone important. Excellent breakfast and cellar restaurant. Convenient location for sightseeing. Would definitely return.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet area, tucked away in the heart of a UNESCO-listed town. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms, especially those on the ground floor, are beautifully furnished in Gustavian style, and the ensuite showers are a nice touch. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious, providing the perfect start to the day.

The breakfast was a highlight with fresh, delicious food and a decent selection. the room size was also impressive and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a kettle and tea bags available. the hotel location was also convenient for my business meetings, as it was situated in the heart of the city.

The room was not adequately soundproofed and the busy road outside meant constant noise throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of proper insulation also meant the temperature in the room was uncomfortable and I struggled to regulate the temperature.

Charming Historical Atmosphere

I had the most incredible stay at a hotel with rich historical charm. As soon as I entered, I could feel the character and history emanating from every corner. The hotel had undergone a tasteful renovation, preserving its unique character and heritage. The cellar restaurant served one of the best meals of my trip, and breakfast was consistently delicious. I cannot forget to mention the famous honey cakes from the bakery, which were absolutely delightful. In addition to the amazing hotel experience, I discovered the graves of five of my ancestors in the nearby Moravian Cemetery. Although my husband's glasses went missing, it only added to the intrigue of our visit. I truly hope the effort to proclaim this place as a World Heritage Site is successful. I highly recommend this charming and historic hotel for an unforgettable experience.
