The rooms are fitted with high-end technology like iPad control and large windows that offer scenic views of the vibrant city. The staff is superb, extremely accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is a real treat with a wide range of options that cater to all tastes. The hotel is also eco-friendly with an option to skip housekeeping in exchange for a donation to charity.

There was a minor issue with some staff members who were not very helpful when asked about available amenities.

I recently had the best hotel experience ever at this place! The location is superb, right in the center of the city and literally opposite the metro station. It was so convenient for exploring all the main attractions. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with receptionists supervising every aspect of my reservation. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. They even provided complimentary toiletries and a flat-screen TV with an iPad. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, offering a great selection of food and drinks. The staff was friendly and always available to assist me with anything I needed. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus!

If you're traveling with a family, this venue is not recommended.

I stayed at Citizenm for a short trip and it was perfect! The location is excellent, right next to Rådhuspladsen and close to the main railway station. The 24-hour reception and bar on the 7th floor were really convenient. The room was clean and new, with a nice large twin bed. The soundproofing was excellent, I didn't hear any noise from outside. great for younger travelers and short stays.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. I loved the convenience of being able to control everything in the room with an iPad. We had a very nice stay, the birthday cocktail and complementary movies were a pleasant surprise. the staff were very friendly and always helpful. the hotel had cool artwork and we appreciated the option of donating to a charity if we chose not to have our room cleaned. the bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great.

The room was a bit small, which made it difficult for my husband who is tall; we also missed having tea making facilities in the room.
