Super cute decor and great proximity to attractions.

despite the so-called beautiful decor, my room was dark, hot, and devoid of basic amenities like a kettle. i was expecting a complimentary upgrade for all the discomfort, but no luck. the staff may be brilliant, but they certainly need more control over the deafening courtyard music. i almost thought about a good review, but just couldn’t!

This charming hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is superb—just a short walk from Tivoli. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, making check-in a breeze. My room was comfortable and larger than anticipated, perfect for a couple. Don't miss dining at their trendy restaurant, Donna, for a delightful evening experience!

The hotel features beautiful decor with a cozy atmosphere. Every morning began with a wonderful breakfast spread full of fresh pastries, delicious cheeses, and great coffee. The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome during my stay.

Unfortunately, the room was a bit cramped without proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable at times. I noticed a bit of dust in some corners, and housekeeping could improve overall. The noise from the street also distracted me a few nights.

Upon arrival, the initial room allocated was tiny and poorly positioned next to the elevator!!! A lack of slippers and a fridge in the room was disappointing!!! A more efficient breakfast service could use some serious attention as well!!!

Zero ventilation in the room!!! A kettle would be welcome for tea lovers, and more drawers for clothes or a coffee station would elevate the experience greatly!!! The restaurant view could leave rooms feeling stuffy!!!

I had a great time with my friends! The location made it easy to explore, and we loved kayaking on the nearby water. The comfy beds are a hit, and the breakfast was super tasty. Just remember to book directly for better deals. The staff were friendly and made sure we felt welcome.

However, my room was quite loud due to a nearby nightclub, which made it hard to sleep some nights. Just something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise.

The staff were SUPER friendly! ! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. Room design blends modern elegance with cozy touches, making it a pleasure to relax.

Had a lovely time at this elegant spot the breakfast was really something special fresh and tasty every morning and they offered excellent coffee and pastries that started my day right. The staff were super nice even helped stash my luggage until my room was ready which was unexpected but welcome when you're just trying to enjoy the beginning of your trip.

Felt like I was paying a premium but it was worth it for the comfort and service I received.

the family room was a bit cramped (but it worked for us! ). the breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were really friendly (especially to our daughter! loved the restaurant on site, food was quite delicious.
