Despite some shortcomings, the hotel's central location and friendly staff made our stay pleasant. The cozy rooms, clean beds, and unique courtyard design added charm. Easy access to the city center was convenient. lack of communication about water issues and outdated facilities were disappointing.

we had a very nice stay at bella grande. the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was cozy, and the breakfast was superb. the location was convenient, just a few steps from the metro station. overall, a great experience.
