I recently stayed at Hotel Mayfair for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for exploring popular tourist spots like Tivoli gardens, and it was incredibly convenient for those arriving or departing by train. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the bed was fabulously comfortable. Despite initial concerns about breakfast being served in the adjoining sports bar, the selection of fruits, pastries, cheeses, breads, and hot food was absolutely fabulous.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Early check in was a great start to my stay at Mayfair. The heated bathroom flooring was a lovely treat for my feet. My comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep, and the location was perfect for exploring. Despite a small issue with the pillows, overall I'd recommend this hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the location of the hotel - close to the train station and city centre. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and stylish, with spacious rooms. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh options. We also appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly practices, like offering the option to decline housekeeping.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the metro and rail station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff at the lobby were extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. Despite being close to the train station, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep.

It felt quite old and had terrible lighting. There was only one socket for the table lamp, which made it difficult to have a bedside light and charge devices at the same time.

As adventure travelers, we loved the cozy Christmas vibe of the hotel. The quietness despite being in the city center was a plus. The hotel's back yard provided a perfect getaway to enjoy the city's vibe. The breakfast box option allowed for flexibility and ensured safety. The friendly staff and access to a private gym were also great advantages.

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.

I stayed at Hotel Mayfair for my wedding and it was absolutely lovely. The staff, including Enric, Andrea, and Charm, were amazing and made our stay even more special. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a very nice vibe. The central location near the train station and restaurants was perfect. The included breakfast was out of this world, with a variety of delicious options. The lobby and common rooms were beautifully decorated, and the connection with the pub in the second building was a nice touch.

Great Thanksgiving stay! Loved the warm and welcoming service, the complimentary snacks and drinks, and the convenient location right in the heart of the city. We felt right at home with the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Plus, the hotel's proximity to all the sights and attractions made exploring the city a breeze.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected, with no place to put our luggage. the shower was also a bit cramped, and we had to make our way down to the reception whenever we needed anything.

We had a great stay here in a lovely area with a LIDL supermarket nearby. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The room amenities were fantastic, including free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The leisure facilities were also great, with a fitness centre and free wi-fi in the rooms.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

The value for money at Mayfair was excellent, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the central station and nearby attractions. The staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to make our stay special.

The only thing I wish could have been improved with the breakfast option was the variety of pastries.

We had a great experience at Mayfair. the location next to the main train station was perfect for us, and we found the facilities to be good value for the price. the bed in our room was incredibly comfy, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. We loved that we could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see during our short stay, and there were some great bars in the area. the luggage room was spacious, and the courtyard looked beautiful.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Copenhagen's main railway station, which makes it easy to get around town once you figure out the area. Moreover, the hotel is situated near the center of the city, which means it's close to many main attractions. In addition, the hotel staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that the rooms are not very well-distributed. Some rooms are situated overlooking adult clubs, which can be noisy and disturbing at night.

The room had a comfortable bed and the location was convenient for transportation and entertainment. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the salmon and herring. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant atmosphere. The colorful decor added a cozy touch to the overall ambiance of the establishment. The nearby dining options, including an Espresso House, and clean facilities made for a satisfying stay.

stayed in copenhagen before, but mayfair was a pleasant surprise. great location, loads of restaurants nearby, and a short walk to the center. coffee fellaz across the road is a must for coffee or brunch. only downside was the shower leaking a bit.
