I recently stayed at Profilhotels in Copenhagen for a family trip. We stayed in a family room which was just the right size for all six of us. The bunk bed was a hit with the kids, and the beds were comfortable for everyone. The room, bathroom, and toilet were spotless, and we appreciated the two toilets and one shower in the room. The location was fantastic, only a 5-minute walk to Tivoli and other attractions. The breakfast offered a good selection of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. our stay was very satisfying.

Lovely comfy beds, polite helpful staff, clean rooms, lovely breakfast, great location on a quiet street with minimal traffic noise. Tea/coffee & kettle available in the room. Conveniently located within walking distance of the central station and a good starting point for exploring the city. Reasonable price for the amenities provided.

The Christmas break was amazing! We enjoyed the breakfast and complimentary drinks and snacks available every afternoon, such a nice touch. The location was excellent with shops, restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. The cozy fireplace in the lobby was a nice added touch to get into the festive spirit.

The room was quite small and outdated with no air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot in the summer. , the noise from the traffic outside disturbed our sleep at night.

had an amazing stay in copenhagen. stayed at a hotel that exceeded expectations. comfortable beds, great location for city center and tivoli gardens. the reconstructed room with balcony and city view was a pleasant surprise. definitely recommend!

Great Christmas stay! The bed was super comfy and the location was key, close to everything we wanted to see. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a clean room to come back to after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was also great, with plenty of options to choose from. a pleasant and convenient stay!

We did have a few minor issues though. There were no tea bags in the room, which was a bit of a disappointment for us Brits.

The hotel's location was very well situated, close to all the must-see attractions and sufficiently removed from the maddening crowds. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The room was an OK size but could do with some re-decoration and maintenance. The worn fabric on the sofa and soft mattresses were signs that a little renovation would be beneficial.
