During my five-night stay, I found the standard single room unbearably cramped with poor ventilation, making it extremely hot at night. There was also no mini fridge provided, which forced me to throw away fresh products. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the staff particularly friendly. they were often absent from the desk when I needed assistance.

During my stay, I encountered several frustrations. The room was uncomfortably small, especially with the sofabed open, rendering it nearly impossible to navigate. Adding to this, the effectiveness of the hairdryer was laughable. if you have long or thick hair, bringing your own is a must. On top of that, both room keys failed multiple times, and the night receptionist's abrasive demeanor made matters worse, as he rudely suggested I was negligent with my key. The overall customer service experience left much to be desired.

Great base for exploring the city with friends! The staff was really accommodating, providing us with a map and allowing early check-in. Enjoyed the breakfast too, good variety to kick off the day!

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. I still remember how the staff helped me choose the best taxi during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the welcome drink! I'm returning for my next city trip.

During my stay, I was thrilled with how close I was to both Christiansborg Palace, just a 15-minute walk away, and the cozy vibes of the beautiful Botanical Garden, which is less than a 20-minute stroll. it made each of my city walks feel like a new adventure in the heart of Copenhagen.

The location near Vesterport station allows easy access to the city center, and the included breakfast offers a great selection. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with luggage storage post-check-out. However, the room could have been cleaner, and the bed was softer than my preference, affecting sleep quality.

I really appreciated the comfortable beds, I mean, for a guy my size, that’s a big deal! ! Plus, the breakfast was top-notch, just what I needed to kickstart my day. Enjoying a great meal and chatting with the staff who were always friendly made it feel like home.
