We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, just a minute's walk to the pedestrian street. The staff here truly made us feel welcome and provided exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing welcome drink. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also loved the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the bustling pedestrian street. The room was comfortable and clean, with a well-appointed bathroom. The location of the hotel was spot on. We were easily able to get to the main attractions and there was a metro station close by. the service was great, as the staff welcomed us warmly and even upgraded our room. the room design was impeccable and the outdoor lounge area was cozy.

The music played in the hotel was too loud for our liking and not to our taste. getting to our room was quite inconvenient, requiring the use of lifts, doors, and stairs.

The food, service, location, and late evening at the bar were all fantastic. The hotel's central location near the Metro station, Stroget, and a mall was very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade at check-in and felt warmly welcomed by the friendly team at the hotel.
