I recently stayed at Urban House in Copenhagen for a week and had a wonderful time. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a minute away from the central train station and close to multiple metro lines. The room I stayed in was new, upgraded, and impeccably clean, including the bathroom. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast for only 75 kronor, with a great selection of rolls, bread, and toppings for sandwiches. The coffee was excellent as well. The hotel had a bar for evening socializing and a self-service kitchen that was clean and well-stocked. I also took advantage of the free Sandeman's Tours that started from the hotel, and I highly recommend them. a fantastic stay with great amenities and friendly staff.

bathroom smelled bad on arrival but got cleaned up the next day

I recently stayed at Urban House for a couple of nights and it was a great experience. The hotel's location near the central station made it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. The room exceeded my expectations, with a spacious layout and comfortable beds. The view of the surrounding buildings was lovely. The staff was friendly and the breakfast provided was delicious. If I ever visit again, I will definitely choose Urban House.

The self-service check-in system was a bit confusing at first, and the staff didn't seem very interested or helpful. It was inconvenient to have to get Danish currency to hire lockers, and the bathroom code system was a hassle, especially when waiting to check in as a guest.
