We arrived at Agua Dulce after midnight and were greeted warmly. the boutique hotel has well-appointed rooms with modern fixtures and even a wifi-controlled LED ceiling fan. the property is beautifully decorated with plants and has a homey vibe. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi is highly functional. the complementary breakfast includes real eggs and is served between 8:00 am and 9:30 am. the location is convenient, with shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and the beach within walking distance.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the well-prepared rooms and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially one Cuban lady, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was also great, with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for any needs. I enjoyed the nice pool area and the upstairs lounge, which provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the breakfast could have been better, with limited options and sometimes running out of juice.

the staff at Agua Dulce were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the highlight for me was the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant, especially the breakfast. It was included in the room rate and consisted of coffee, juice, eggs, toast, cheese. the location of the hotel was also convenient, just a short walk from the beach. Despite the neighborhood needing some improvements, I still felt safe. There were also other dining options nearby if you're not a fan of seafood. the room itself was clean, and the bathroom was spacious with hot water for the shower. the AC worked well too, as long as you had the room key in.

The hotel also had a pool and jacuzzi, which were a great addition. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We also appreciated the convenient location, not far from the airport and close to nearby beach. this hotel provided a safe and comfortable environment for our family.
