The food, drinks, and staff were excellent. The pool was preferred over the beach. The all-inclusive concept allowed for unlimited eating and drinking. Teppanyaki night show/dinner was great with high-quality food. The rooms were nice and the location was great. The breakfast was amazing. The friendly staff and true concept of all-inclusive were appreciated.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views and close proximity to key attractions in the area. the staff at the hotel were also very friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One aspect that could have been improved was the size of the resort, as it felt a bit small compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Additionally, the entertainment and activities offered were not as extensive as we had hoped, limiting our options for things to do during our stay.

During our Christmas vacation, we had a great time at the resort. the food at the restaurants was exceptional, with a consistent quality and variety. the staff members were friendly and provided personalized service, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. the resort grounds were well-maintained, creating a beautiful environment for relaxation. Additionally, we enjoyed the spacious and luxurious Junior suite swim out.

There were a few aspects that we were disappointed with. the lobster at one of the restaurants was not up to our expectations, as it was mushy and lacked the usual Caribbean flavor.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and a swim-out pool. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, especially the waiter Edwin and bartender Kelvin. The food is excellent, and there are plenty of pools and lounge chairs available. The resort also has great security.

I recently stayed at Alsol Tiara and had an amazing experience. My partner and I have celiac disease, and the food services staff, especially executive chef Virginia, were incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond, providing us with specially prepared gluten-free meals and even making us gluten-free pancakes for breakfast. This was the best all-inclusive resort we've stayed at for gluten-free meals. The rooms were very comfortable and had a great view, with a pool right outside. The hotel was quiet and perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent. a superb location with attentive staff.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for a few days and it was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, although the breakfast options could have been better. Our swim-up suite near the marina was a great feature, and getting drinks was never a hassle. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, funny, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at Alsol Tiara Cap Cana for a week-long vacation and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I particularly want to mention Edwin, the waiter at the beach bar, who was very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. Kelvin, the bartender, was always on point with his drinks. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, and the swim-out pool was incredible! The food was excellent and I definitely indulged and gained some weight during my stay. The resort had multiple pools and there were never any issues finding a lounge chair. I loved my time here and will definitely be returning!
