Defective data on pool access, with no access for the entire stay. Umbrella and deck chairs on the beach had to be brought from accommodation.

The location of Las Terrazas Vip Pool Beach Club & Spa was perfect for our vacation. It was away from the crowds and offered a great value. We didn't even need a car because everything was within reach. The beaches were beautiful and great for swimming. There were also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby that were affordable and had amazing views. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There was a negative aspect about the facilities. The tap in the bathroom didn't function properly, as only very hot water came out and the temperature couldn't be adjusted.

The lack of clear signage made it difficult to find the reception office. Unfortunately, there were also some issues with the pool.
