I loved the variety of restaurants available, and the poolside snack bar was a great spot for a quick bite. the garden areas were beautifully kept, creating a serene atmosphere. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the jacuzzi and full body massage services. Overall, the location and amenities provided contributed to a fantastic vacation experience.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the smoking policy. It would have been more enjoyable for non-smokers to have designated areas where smoking is allowed, especially around the entertainment areas.

Guests can enjoy walks in the mangrove forest and appreciate the attentive and friendly staff. the availability of different types of rum enhances the overall stay.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite because it provides access to endless 5-star facilities, from sports and entertainment to meetings and conferences. The beach was beautiful, the pools were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was varied and tasty, and the activities provided a nice diversion after work hours.

The only thing I found lacking for my work was the internet connection. Despite being able to access it in the lobby, I would have appreciated having reliable and faster internet available in the rooms to stay connected and productive during my stay.

I recently stayed at the Grand Bavaro in Punta Cana for a 7-day family vacation. The property was stunning, with tropical surroundings and beautiful birds. The location was perfect - just a short walk to town and 18 minutes from the airport. We booked the Platinum Suites, which were spacious, modern, and came with exclusive perks like a private check-in and beach area. The restaurants had chic interiors and a good variety of food, with our favorite being the Hibachi. The highlight for me was the amazing shower and hot tub with jets in the bathroom. And let's not forget the beautiful, clean beach with calm and warm water.

The diverse food options were delicious, especially the pizza joint where we couldn't get enough of those tasty slices. 🍕 Relaxation was key; enjoyed the spa and beach lounging. The TV channels were a bit limited, but who needs TV with all that fun stuff around!

my favorite part 😍 was the heavy metal beach chairs with comfy cushions. Even though the room had issues, the breakfast 🥞 saved the day. the staff was friendly but a bit untrained. One drawback: strong humidity smell. 🏝️

The beach, despite the continuous influx of seaweed, was the cleanest among neighboring hotels. The beach cleaning staff worked tirelessly to keep it pristine. I also enjoyed the variety of dinner options with the many different restaurants available. Upgrading to the Platinum level was definitely the best decision, as it enhanced our overall stay.

We also enjoyed the variety of food options available, with the Hibachi restaurant being our favorite. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort.

The only downside we experienced was that the water had occasional seaweed, but the hotel staff were quick to clean it up.
