I had an amazing stay at The Sanctuary in the DR. The property was clean, safe, and just a short walk to the beach. Amber, the property manager, was the best! She was always available to answer questions and address any concerns. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The food and staff at Joy lunch bar were excellent, and Santo Domingo Bakery nearby had some really nice things. The condo exceeded my expectations, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. a fantastic experience!

Beautiful property, super clean and spacious. the apartment had all the amenities we needed to cook amazing dishes. the location was perfect, close to many places and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Transfer from the airport to the apartment was convenient and included a tour of the area, showing us good places to eat. the area felt safe and the neighborhood was friendly and welcoming.

There were a few issues during our stay. the WiFi was sometimes slow and unreliable, which was a bit frustrating.

Felt spoilt, nothing to complain about.

Great transportation services provided for an extra fee, which was convenient and helpful for getting around. the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful, providing recommendations and staying in constant communication throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was excellent, with everything within walking distance including restaurants and the beach.

There were some minor inconveniences during the stay, such as occasional water supply issues and poor wifi coverage in certain areas. the distance to the beach was slightly longer than stated in the description, so be aware that it may take a few more minutes to walk there.

I recently stayed at The Sanctuary @ Los Corales for a week-long family vacation. The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and arranging excursions. The proximity to the beach was a major plus, and the pool on the premises added to the fun for our kids. The security measures in place made us feel safe throughout our stay. Special mention goes to Ezequiel, the property manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. a fantastic experience that exceeded our expectations.
