The best aspects of my stay were the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed, even using Google Translate to communicate. Another great thing about the hotel was the convenient location. It was just a short walk from the center of the colonial zone and most of the sites. Additionally, the wifi was surprisingly fast, which was a pleasant surprise considering the usual internet speeds in the Dominican Republic.

The worst aspect of my stay was the lack of warm water in the bathroom. It was quite disappointing to not have a comfortable temperature for showering.
