Great location in the heart of Colonial Zone. Lovely vintage-style facilities with a well-maintained patio and pool. Very comfortable rooms with huge beds and quality amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff who offer exceptional service. Delicious and fresh breakfast options.

We stayed at this place and had an amazing time! Despite being located in a narrow street, the service here is top-notch, with attentive staff from the general staff to the manager. They offer a range of amenities from dry cleaning, laundry, tours/ticket assistance, and even grocery shopping service. The room service and housekeeping are excellent and make you feel at home. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are perfect for unwinding, and the sun terrace is a lovely spot to soak up the rays.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch. The hotel offers a beautiful little courtyard area with a jacuzzi and pool, perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the colonial town but in a quiet area. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I was randomly upgraded to a suite with a rooftop view, just like in the movies. It felt special and fancy. I'll recommend this hotel.

This boutique hotel is located right in the heart of the action, just a short stroll from the bustling pedestrian zone. The rooms are beautifully furnished, with some offering spectacular views from the rooftop terrace. The attentive staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious.

Some of the staff were not particularly professional, with maids chattering loudly in the early hours of the morning.

As a business traveler, I greatly appreciated the welcoming and helpful staff, available 24/7. The spacious room with traditional features and a clean and comfortable bathroom were perfect for a productive stay. The excellent breakfast, cooked to order, provided a great start to the day. The location in the vibrant Colonial Zone, while surprisingly quiet, was a peaceful oasis. The staff's attentiveness in providing daily activity information was very impressive, making my stay stress-free.

Great Stay! Had an incredible Thanksgiving vacation. Loved the gym and the fact it has a 24-hour bar service. the location is just amazing – in the heart of the city! Plus, the staff is very attentive and caring, always making you feel welcomed. Lastly, the complementary breakfast and personalized advice provided were simply first-class!

I got excellent value for my money with a clean and comfortable room at Casa Sanchez. The location was perfect, with easy access to tourist attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, treating us like royalty. A special shoutout to Nelsa, Atto, Randol, and the entire team for making our 15th anniversary and first trip to the Dominican Republic unforgettable.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to add more variety to the morning meal.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the location, easy access to food and attractions, and the lovely pool and terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
