The hotel was beautiful and the villa looked exactly like the pictures. Onsite security provided safety. Free parking was offered and Jeffery was accommodating. Day excursions and late check out were arranged. Fair money exchange rate and suggested nightlife excursion. Clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable.

The location was perfect, just a 30-second walk to the beach. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. Safety was not an issue with onsite security. Free parking was available. The hotel provided great breakfast and the staff arranged transportation and day excursions.

The beach access at Chateau Del Mar Ocean Villa was just 150 steps from the front gate, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun and sand. The beach chairs were also available for rent at a very reasonable price of $2 a day. I stayed in one of the apartments and found it to be very comfortable, especially the bed. The pool area was also a highlight, often empty and perfect for relaxing. The owner, Manuel Duarte, was exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with our needs. I highly recommend this property for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The location is great, just a short 2-minute walk to the beach. It is also very close to everything, making it convenient for exploring the area. In the evening, there is no promenade, but you can easily find dining options nearby like Balicana restaurant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, arranging airport transfers and giving useful recommendations for sightseeing.

The breakfast options are very limited and not up to par with the rest of the hotel.

The apartment at Chateau Del Mar Ocean Villa was spacious and clean, with good air conditioning. The little pool was lovely and provided a nice place to relax. The staff, especially Freddy, were wonderful and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this property for a delightful stay in Punta Cana.

The only minor issue was the musty smell in the room upon arrival. it was quickly resolved by opening the windows and letting the fresh air in.
