Catching a boat from the nearby marina is required to access the beach. Service from Veronita, the receptionist, and Samuel, the restaurant waiter, is exceptional; Marcos.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful grounds at Tracadero Beach Resort. The garden and pool area were truly breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I also enjoyed the cocktails, which were not only delicious but reasonably priced compared to other options nearby. the resort left a lasting impression on me and I would highly recommend it to others seeking a peaceful and picturesque getaway.

Had an amazing Christmas vacation in a tropical oasis. The complementary snorkeling gear was a pleasant surprise and we had so much fun exploring the beautiful reef right in front of the hotel. The location was perfect for us, as we could easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Plus, the service was top-notch and the staff was always willing to help.

The wifi was a bit of a let-down as it only worked in the main area and not in our room.

This hotel is pure luxury. As soon as I arrived, I was amazed by the exclusive amenities and personalized service. The Spa & wellness center was an outstanding experience, with expert masseurs creating a perfect relaxing atmosphere. The infinity pool overlooking the garden area was breathtaking, with plush sun loungers and umbrellas. The outdoor dining area was perfect, and the food was exquisite, with an Espresso machine that had to be tried.

The outdoor swimming pool was extremely busy, which made it hard to find a quiet spot to relax. This is not the best place for someone who is easily bothered by noise.

The attentive staff, from Tisiano who checked on us during a rainy afternoon to Miguel at the restaurant, exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

The personnel provided thoughtful attention, from a phone call to kind reception and exquisite service at the restaurant. We highly recommend it.
