Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und modern eingerichtet, mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl und war sehr lecker. Der Service war hervorragend und das Personal war immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Stadtzentrums und des Marktes.

I recently stayed at Eden Roc and had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff, especially Jade and the concierge team, were incredibly helpful and kind. The location is excellent, with a gorgeous beach. Our butler went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel itself is breathtaking, with a private pool in our luxury suite. The Acqua di Parma toiletries were a lovely touch. The food at the Peruvian/Japanese restaurant was on par with top-notch establishments like Roka and Zuma. The beach restaurant settings were absolutely stunning. it exceeded all my expectations and I cannot wait to return!

From the warm and friendly staff to the beautiful rooms with private pools, everything exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail, such as the Acqua di Parma toiletries and outside shower, made our stay even more luxurious. The food at the restaurants was top-notch, especially the Peruvian/Japanese cuisine. And let's not forget the stunning Punta Espada golf course. We will definitely be coming back!

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of at Eden Roc Cap Cana. The staff made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The private pool and golf carts provided us with a sense of freedom to explore the premises. The food at the restaurants was delicious, especially at the Peruvian/Japanese restaurant. Plus, the Punta Espada golf course is a must-visit for golf enthusiasts.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The luxury suite was stunning, with its own private pool and a golf buggy for easy transportation. The attention to detail was impressive, with Acqua di Parma toilettes and an outdoor shower. The staff, especially David, were exceptional, always helpful and kind. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast options were delicious, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed. I also enjoyed the opportunity to interact with people from different backgrounds in a group setting.

As foreign tourists, we loved the amazing food at the restaurant, La Palapa, and the excellent cocktails at the villa. The setting of Eden Roc Cap Cana was exceptional, and the private pool in our room was perfect. The availability of golf carts provided us with the freedom to explore the beautiful premises. We had a fantastic time at Eden Roc! The beachfront villa was stunning and had breathtaking views of the ocean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The staff at the resort were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the activities arranged by the concierge, especially the excursion to the stables to feed the horses. we highly recommend Eden Roc for a luxurious and memorable vacation.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the hotel facilities, the location. The beach club and villas were both amazing options. The staff was exceptional, with no less than 10 staff members attending to us upon arrival. They greeted us with cool towels and a perfectly chilled house cocktail. The breakfast was delicious and the service was top-notch.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The rooms are amazing, with a private pool, very large, with beautiful decor and outside area. The staff also goes above and beyond to help you, and we felt extremely happy with their attention on everything we needed. The food is also a high point in the hotel, at all restaurants. If you like playing golf, the Punta Espada golf course is incredible!!

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the wonderful service provided by the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like VIPs. Additionally, the stunning beach was a major highlight of our trip. It was clean and free of seaweed, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful Caribbean waters. the convenient location of the resort was also a plus, with easy access to various activities and attractions in the area.

We were a bit disappointed with the limited entertainment options available at the resort. There were no cinemas or dancing places, which would have been nice to have for some evening entertainment.
