the ocean views from the room were super nice, and the pools were a great place to chill. i liked the friendly staff at the bar, they always made sure my drinks were topped off. the animation team had some fun activities that kept us entertained, especially the bachata lessons! the room was pretty clean and had nice decor, felt comfy enough to relax. plus, the complimentary welcome drinks were a nice touch!

but the food was mostly a miss and could defo use improvement. also, dealing with the hot water issue was super annoying.

My double room was incredibly clean, and I loved the cute designs the cleaning staff left on the bed each day! The saltwater pools were fantastic, making it easy to relax. Each night there were themed events, and the live entertainment really brought the place to life!
