Some guests have had difficulties with check-in and access to the hotel, as there is an additional locked door and issues with the hotel personnel attending to the doorbell. However, this can be easily resolved with improved communication and security measures.

I had an amazing city break experience and it was way beyond my expectations. the view of the ocean from my room was breathtaking. the staff was friendly and always ready to help me out. the breakfast was delicious and the rooftop was a great place to enjoy the sunset. I also loved the comfort of my room with air conditioning and a great king-size bed.

The water pressure in the sink and shower was quite low and needs improvement. the entÈrance of the bathroom in one of the rooms was not truly private and had an open corridor.
