Housekeeping should definitely be more consistent. we missed out on cleaning during our five-day stay!!! Also, the third-floor stairwell needs better safety measures to prevent potential accidents for children!!!

absolutely terrible service! I ordered food and waited 1 hour only to be told they didn’t have my choice. The remote was broken, so local news was my only companion. I fully expected a premium treatment considering my sophisticated tastes, but no one seemed to care about my comfort at this so-called 'ecolodge. '
