I had booked my stay well in advance, but upon arrival, I was transferred to another property due to a water issue. the alternative hotel was subpar, but I appreciated the quick resolution by the manager to rectify the situation. THE BATHROOM WAS EXCEPTIONAL. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the room was clean and had everything we needed, including complimentary bottled water and a powerful yet quiet air conditioner. the staff were incredibly friendly and the modern bathroom with high-quality shower set made our stay extra special. Plus, the location was great with shops, restaurants, and the Malecón just a few minutes away.

One downside was the small room size, but it was cozy for a short stay. We experienced a minor issue with a curtain falling down due to poor quality, which was a bit inconvenient.
