The restaurant had great food and the pool was awesome! the hotel was in a prime location, a stone's throw away from a beautiful beach and many restaurants and shops. We also had easy access to the pool, which was one of the best aspects of the hotel.

One of the reception workers was not very friendly or welcoming and we had to pay the room before we checked out. the room was a bit pricey considering breakfast was not included.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel right at the banks of the huge Vembanad lake. The location provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities were great, especially the fantastic pool overlooking the lake. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, and the staff members, including Jithin, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the restaurant, managed by Mr. Linu Thomas, had a great team.

Can't fault the property in any way.

As young holiday goers, we loved the easy access to the pool and the comfortable rooms with amenities like air conditioning, a safe, fridge, and WiFi. The location was also great, just a minute's walk from Playa Alicia and close to plenty of restaurants and shops.

We felt very welcome during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel à proximité des Everglades. Les installations de l'hôtel étaient suffisantes pour notre séjour à petit budget. La chambre était propre et nous avions même un frigo pour conserver nos aliments. De plus, la connexion WiFi était disponible dans notre chambre, ce qui était pratique pour rester connecté. La proximité de cet hôtel aux Everglades était également un avantage considérable. Le personnel était aimable et serviable, répondant à toutes nos questions.
