I always return for the great service and comfort. the staff even gave me a morning wake, up call once. the place is perfect with Wi, Fi, pool, beach access, and more. It's my go, to for city trips.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel. the cleanliness was top-notch, the facilities were fantastic, and the staff, especially Rodvel and Francisco Estrada, were excellent. From the helpful butler to the friendly beach service, we felt well taken care of throughout our visit.

The beach had seaweed and rocks, impacting the overall experience. Buffet options were hit, or, miss, with reservations and beach palapa availability causing inconvenience.
