We had an exceptional stay at the hotel. Cleanliness was superb, staff were helpful and professional, and hotel facilities were excellent. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Cons: It was perfect.

The property was well, kept and provided all necessary cooking utensils. the receptionists were professional and efficient, making check, in and check, out quick and easy. the secluded and laid, back atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing stay. the staff, particularly Mr Romis and Mr Osiris, were attentive and ensured a smooth arrival experience.

There were some issues with bugs near the villas, specifically with cockroaches. the cleanliness was lacking, and staff members struggled with communication.

I stayed with my family for Presidents Week. the resort was peaceful with attentive staff. the private villa was clean with a lovely pool. the water park, safari park, and Laguna Sov were fun for all. Great food at Maria’s, amazing massages at the spa, and a friendly atmosphere at El Bar Barco. Bikes, segways, and golf carts available for rent. A hidden gem for a laid-back experience. Cons: Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I keep returning for city breaks. First stay, staff suggested fantastic restaurants. Here has everything I need - Wi-Fi, beach access, spa, water sports, kids' activities. Free parking, airport shuttle, 24-hour security ensure a worry-free stay. Coming back for sure!
