I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the tourist area. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent views from the well-equipped kitchen. I especially loved the beautiful and spacious terrace with a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. And to top it all off, breakfast was included!

All in all, everything was absolutely fine.

We were delighted with our recent stay at Puerto Plaza Las Terrenas. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen for cooking. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The staff was friendly and offered additional services like Whale trips and Salto de Limon. The breakfast was delicious and the service quick, even when it was busy. The bar near the pool was easily accessible, and the bartenders were always friendly. we had a fantastic vacation and highly recommend this hotel.

While we had a great stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The parking area near the reception could benefit from some improvements, as there was a lot of mud and loosely coupled bricks.

The hotel was great, we had a fantastic time. We enjoyed complimentary activities such as a whale watching trip and visiting Salto de Limon. the location was perfect, close to the bustling area with lots of restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. We also loved the quick service at the breakfast and food facilities and the friendly bartenders at the poolside bar.

There were a couple of downsides to the hotel. the room cleaning was not up to our expectations as there were times when towels were missing and not replaced.

The breakfast at the nearby Italian Bakery offers a good selection. The room size and balcony are enjoyable. The hotel's atmosphere is inviting, with comfortable rooms and great views, especially on the seaside. Conveniently located near various amenities, including shops, restaurants, and a disco. The friendly and helpful staff, particularly the polite receptionist Alex, ensure a pleasant stay.

The personnel were friendly, additional services offered , clean room with large bed and jacuzzi, great location near beach and restaurants, good breakfast and quick service, friendly bartenders at pool bar.

We had an amazing stay in a lovely boutique hotel with modern apartments. The location was perfect, just steps away from an area with lots of restaurants. We enjoyed being right at the beachfront and taking in the beautiful views. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and there were additional services offered like whale trips and visits to Salto de Limon.
