I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-kept, and the staff treated me with utmost kindness and respect throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also very convenient.

One thing that could have made the breakfast better was the selection of food.

The hotel facilities, especially the pool and beach area, were very well maintained. I never had trouble finding a sun-bed to relax on. The location of the hotel in relation to the better restaurants was convenient. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at this hotel were also exceptional, providing top-notch service.

The service in the restaurants was inconsistent and the waitstaff seemed untrained. It was difficult to get a reservation and even when we did the food quality was not always up to par.

The restaurant reservation system was quite broken and it was difficult to secure dinner reservations, especially if you didn't have a certain room type. This was frustrating and affected our dining experience.

This hotel boasts luxurious amenities that catered to my every need. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were exceptionally well-maintained, making for an idyllic getaway. Leisure/TV room was a perfect retreat for when I needed a break from the sun. the private facilities had everything I needed to unwind and I can say that I experienced one of the best spas in my life. With a wide selection of delicious foods, the restaurant buffet had options for everyone.

While I didn't face any major issues, I did find that some of the servers in the restaurant needed further training to improve their consistency. the only minor issue I found is the location of the hotel, which was a bit distant from the city center.
