We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. They were super friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and fulfill any request we had. The premises were beautiful, with extensive green areas full of palm trees and lush vegetation. The hotel had several swimming pools, including a nice private pool at The Level area. The beach was stunning, with bar service and food available. The hotel also offered transportation with golf carts to move around the complex. The villas were modern and nicely decorated, and the bathrooms were clean. The AC worked great, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast had plenty of options, and the staff at the buffet restaurants were always attentive and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions.

I recently stayed at Melia Caribe Beach for my boyfriend's birthday and we had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. Jose, in particular, was incredibly helpful throughout our entire trip, even acting as our personal driver and surprising us with a bottle of wine on our last day. The maids decorated our room with rose petals and balloons while we were at dinner, and set up the jacuzzi with bubbles and champagne. The property itself is beautiful, with plenty of palm trees and greenery, several swimming pools, and a stunning beach. We also had the pleasure of meeting Domingo, who escorted us to a private bed by the water and brought us drinks. We are truly grateful for the exceptional service and can't wait to return.

I absolutely loved my stay at this resort! The grounds were stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to accommodate my requests. The food was fantastic, especially at The Gabii, the exclusive buffet restaurant for The Level guests. I enjoyed the variety of options available and the delicious meals prepared at the grill. The adult-only beach and pool areas were a true highlight - they were spacious, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. Plus, there was no need to wait in line to reserve spots for the next day, which was a huge convenience. Getting around the resort was easy and convenient with the trolleys provided. I would definitely book this resort again.

The food was great and we had a nice variety of restaurants to choose from. We especially enjoyed the lamb and jerk wings. the beach and pool were excellent, with plenty of chairs available and attentive staff like Roberto Santos who took great care of us. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily restocking of amenities and fresh towels. We also appreciated the special touches like the whirlpool bath in our suite.

Breakfast could have been better, and there were some issues with the service on our last day. the staff was unaccommodating and a bit rude when it came to accommodating a large group.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a kitchen, desk, and a huge comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right by the beach and with plenty of restaurants and pools to enjoy. The staff treated us very well, especially the golf car drivers who were friendly and efficient.

Our thanksgiving stay at this resort was fantastic. We loved the beautiful grounds and the elegant landscape. the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the pools were clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed lounging on the beach and experiencing the free water sports.

The internal alleys were quite noisy with shuttles and utility vehicles passing frequently, making it hard to enjoy the peace and quiet of our terrace. while the food was not bad, it lacked flavor and variety.
