Excellent location and beautiful beach. Friends at another resort were not as impressed. It felt like a different world altogether.

Our stay was 6 days long and we were delighted with the attentive staff who quickly addressed any requests. The variety of activities offered catered to all ages and the children were treated with such kindness. Jarol, our concierge, was professional, warm, and attentive. The resort itself was beautiful and the spacious rooms were a plus. We especially loved the specialized restaurants that offered different styles of cuisine. we felt like royalty and can't wait to return.

We stayed at Paradisus for a family trip and it was perfect. The location is great, with a beautiful beach area that far exceeded our friends' resort. The resort itself is like a different world altogether. Our Vacation Concierge, Rosemary, was amazing and assisted us throughout our entire stay. Along with Mikey Mike, she ensured we had a fantastic experience. The accommodations were beautiful and the beach was beyond compare. Despite the large size of the resort, it never felt crowded, even at 90% occupancy. There are also many great restaurants to choose from, and I highly recommend trying the Passion, which is worth the extra money.

Close to the beach, just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent customer service, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. The location made us feel like we were truly in the Caribbean, surrounded by beautiful gardens and tropical scenery.

The staff was awesome and the entertainment was great. Mike, Mike, and Tony T were perfect hosts, and Manny and the female entertainers were also great. The Vento restaurant provided the best meal of the trip. The beach party was amazing, and we loved the Red Lounge. The beach itself was beautiful and perfect for kids, with shallow and waist-deep waters. The full-day kids club provided extra relaxation for parents. The hotel facilities were clean and well-equipped, and there were unlimited drinks and palapas in all areas of the resort. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
