The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, available 24/7, and spoke English. The manager provided useful advice. The staff was exceptional and customer-friendly. The hotel was safe with video surveillance. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning during the night. There was a kitchen available.

We had an amazing romantic escape and it was the best decision to choose this hotel. the first thing we noticed was the cleanliness, it was spotless, and there were no creepy crawlies. the staff was very helpful and the complementary currency exchange and pharmacy delivery of meds was very convenient. the location was perfect as it was close to all the action and had reliable internet. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

That the A/C could only be used at night. However, overall, the pros outweighed the cons, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel was also situated in a safe area, allowing me to explore the national district and enjoy the outdoor areas without any worries.
