Friendly staff, pet-friendly, beautiful apartment, high-class amenities, reliable AC and WiFi. Great location, spacious rooms, walking distance to main tourist street with restaurants and stores. Hotel appearance with statues on the roof and balcony views are impressive. Safe area with a garage.

The area was safe and offered a nice panoramic view. The neighborhood had a humorous touch with attractive public ladies, but traffic was scarce. The personnel were very friendly and approachable. The generator promptly responded to frequent power outages. A unique feature of the hotel was its own garage in the basement. Additionally, the hotel's location was close to the center of Boca Chica.

Felt welcomed into the family, no reason to complain.

The spacious room at Villa Florencia was absolutely stunning, with beautiful furnishings and a reasonable price. The location was also great, within walking distance of a bustling tourist street with plenty of restaurants and stores. Despite a small hiccup with payment, the manager was accommodating and gave me ample time to find a bank. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Additionally, the rooms were in need of attention and the photos provided did not accurately represent the state of the accommodations. Furthermore, the daily construction noise from a nearby site and the loud bar in close proximity were major disturbances.

Due to the negative experiences we had during our stay, I cannot recommend Villa Florencia as a suitable accommodation choice.

The room I stayed in at Villa Florencia was absolutely beautiful with spacious and well-kept furnishings. The price was reasonable, making it a great value. The building itself looked great from the outside, adding to the overall appeal. Despite some minor inconveniences, I had a pleasant stay.
