I absolutely love the friendly and punctual staff at Sayonara, the front desk. The inviting atmosphere, excellent pool facilities, and well-maintained resort make it perfect for a couple or family vacation. The dining options and snack area near the beach are a plus. The evening entertainment and variety of activities ensure there's always something to do. a highly recommended destination.

I had an amazing time at this beachfront hotel. The location directly on the beach was perfect for enjoying the sun and sand. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the car hire and tour assistance to the attentive housekeeping and laundry services. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I loved spending time on the terrace, taking in the beautiful garden views. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch, providing entertainment during downtime. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant, poolside snack bar, and lounge area offering a variety of delicious meals. The outdoor dining area was a great spot to enjoy the fresh air while enjoying a meal. The leisure facilities were fantastic, with a spa and wellness center offering a range of treatments and a swimming pool and jacuzzi for relaxation. The sun terrace and garden area provided the perfect place to unwind. The entertainment options were also plentiful, with beach access and beachfront activities, as well as a game room and children's play area. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a bonus, keeping me connected throughout my stay. this place was a luxurious and comfortable hotel with a wide range of amenities and services.

We loved the proximity of the hotel to the ocean, as it was just a short walk away. The beach was clean and beautiful, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of activities offered such as yoga classes and painting. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The food at the hotel was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, including the specialized restaurants. We were also impressed with the entertainment provided, with shows at night in the theater area.

For the price, Vista Sol Beach Resort & Spa was a great find - the room was clean and spacious, with a nice ocean view. The location was perfect, close to beautiful beaches for leisurely walks. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

The location of this resort was excellent, being close to the airport and within walking distance to the beach. the sunshine was also a positive aspect, allowing for enjoyable outdoor activities. Additionally, the nightly events provided entertaining and engaging experiences for guests to enjoy.

The staff at this resort were rude and unhelpful, leaving a negative impression on my stay. the rooms were also not up to par, with uncomfortable beds and a lack of proper cleaning.

Abundance of animals on the property, including peacocks, flamingos, and iguanas. Clean lobby, restaurants, and shops. Stunning beach with good entertainment. Gracious and hardworking staff. Delicious food at Italian, Gourmet, and Mexican restaurants. Energetic animation team. Available and reasonably priced tours. Safe and secure place to stay. Child-friendly with plenty to see.

The nightly entertainment was enjoyable, especially with the friendly and entertaining team of Escarlin y Lenny. The bartenders were pleasant and the pools were maintained in a clean condition.

We had the time of our lives at Vista Sol! The 3 pools were amazing, and our son loved playing with other kids. The housekeeping did a fantastic job, our room was very pleasant. We appreciated the bottles of water, toiletries, coffee/tea facilities, and fridge. The TV selection was diverse, with many channels for all guests. The layout of the property was nice, with lots of greenery and a comfortable lobby. The shared bathrooms were clean. The room with a balcony was a thumbs up!

The room was nice and comfy. Several pools, not crowded. Friendly staff. Huge variety of food, different restaurants. Drinks included. Staff made our stay memorable. Entertainment and activities all day.

The dinner at the Italian restaurant was delicious, and the buffet offered a good variety of food. The animation team was great, adding an extra level of fun to the stay.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The room could have been cleaner, as we noticed black hair on the floor that was not properly vacuumed.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of chaise lounges available for relaxation.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly like. the customer service was disappointing.

The check-in process was extremely slow, taking over an hour. the staff was not friendly or accommodating when it came to issues such as late check-in or early check-out.
