I had an incredible stay at a beautiful oceanfront residence. The condo was spacious and modern, with breathtaking views of the turquoise water. The peaceful atmosphere of being away from downtown Cabarete was a true delight. The pool and lounging chairs offered the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. With exceptional cleanliness and friendly staff, Watermark Luxury Residences is definitely a place I would love to return to. I highly recommend this hotel for a first-class vacation experience.

The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, allowing guests to enjoy stunning ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves. It is situated on Kite Beach, making it a convenient choice for those interested in kitesurfing. Additionally, the spacious condos offer large beds and comfortable linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The maintenance of the facilities falls short in certain areas.

Excellent value. Daily maid service. Very close to the kite spot. On-site security. Limited number of rooms, so it's quiet. Couldn't be happier.

The rooms were beautifully appointed, with marble floors throughout. the beds were extremely comfortable. the apartments had a kitchen with clean new appliances. the balcony provides fantastic views of the ocean. the location was excellent with easy access to kite surfing, shops, and restaurants. the daily cleaning was efficient.

Some fixtures were wobbly, and the maintenance could require improvement. Although the pool area must have been beautiful, it looked and felt like an area that had been abandoned for years.

The only minor issue was that there was no walking path along the nearby street. This meant that a motorcycle taxi or bus was needed to get around if you did not have a car.
