Best aspects of the hotel were the great shape of the condo and the working AC. the separate bedroom from the living room was also a bonus. the location couldn't be better, right in the middle of the main street with a view of the beach and a balcony. It was conveniently located near the ferry and other amenities.

The shower was difficult to regulate, with the water switching from very hot to a bit cool. It could be improved.

We had an amazing stay at this property for our once in a lifetime trip. The location was perfect, right by the docks and surrounded by great dining and shopping options. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The rooftop sundeck had a breathtaking view of the marina. Daily maid service was an unexpected bonus. Connie, the host, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely be returning to Galapagos Apartments-Bay View House.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to everything in Puerto Ayora. The hotel facilities were great, with a large common area, well-appointed kitchen, and a spacious bedroom. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the staff cleaning the apartment and changing the bedding and towels every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to the ferry pier, making it easy to explore the surrounding islands.

The internet connection was not very reliable during my stay. Additionally, the noise from the street could be a bit bothersome until around 10pm.
