Insanely beautiful and modern design. Accommodating staff found taxis during strike. Tasty breakfast and delicious Sunday dinner. Convenient reading room and great location in heart of Centro Historico. Highly recommended for design lovers and luxury enthusiasts!

Friendly, genuine staff. We were greeted with a warm cup of tea upon arrival and the owner even took the time to chat with us. The rooms were tastefully updated with historic charm. The bathroom had a huge, hot shower with amazing water pressure. The rooftop lounge offered breathtaking views of the city. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all Quinto sites. The included breakfast, made to order, was delicious. I highly recommend Carlota Sustainable Design.

Spent my Xmas holiday at a cozy and quaint hotel in the heart of the old town. Loved the artistic design of the hotel and the friendly staff. the location was perfect, only a short walk to historic landmarks and local markets. the rooftop terrace was breathtaking and offered amazing views of the city. What I enjoyed the most were the complimentary drinks at the honesty bar and the traditional Xmas dinner, which offered a taste of the local cuisine.

The room was not completely isolated from the outside light, which could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. the food at the hotel restaurant was not very impressive and could definitely be improved.

We even had the chance to enjoy a happy hour at the bar, which was a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. We also loved the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The in-room safe gave us peace of mind, and the dining table was a nice addition. The television and alarm clock made us feel right at home, and the flat-screen TV was a bonus. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room, and the dining restaurant provided delicious meals. We especially enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area for evening drinks. The staff were attentive and made us feel well taken care of. The leisure facilities were a great addition, with live entertainment, massage services, and a lovely sun terrace. The TV room and public bath were also enjoyable. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were convenient, and the 24-hour reception and security ensured our safety. we would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
