The staff at Casa De Las Rosas were incredibly accommodating and made our stay feel like a five-star hotel. We loved the little conveniences like hot water bottles in bed. They also gave us great recommendations for local eateries. The location was fantastic and we highly recommend this hidden gem! we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

Hot water issues.

The staff was excellent and very attentive to our needs. They promptly resolved a problem during check-in. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the main tourist sites. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruit, bread, and jams.

The exterior and surroundings of the hotel were not very appealing. The noise from the street could be bothersome, especially for light sleepers.

We were able to walk to many attractions and also found taxis to be affordable for further destinations. The staff, particularly Elizabeth, was friendly, English-speaking, and incredibly helpful. They provided us with a list of recommended restaurants, all of which turned out to be great. Additionally, they organized a last-minute tour for us which exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities like hot water and multiple sinks. We especially enjoyed having a balcony and the television with English channels. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and more.

Lovely boutique hotel with spacious triple rooms, comfortable beds, and nice big bathrooms with good water pressure. Delicious breakfast with eggs, bread, cereal, yogurt, and juice. Complimentary instant coffee and herbal tea are available. Helpful staff, including David at the front desk and Natalie from housekeeping. Hand painted murals on the walls add a charming touch.
