Loved the late check, out policy, no rush to leave. the hotel is classy and surprisingly quiet despite being close to a busy street. the room was well, appointed with lovely linens. Also, the staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The Wi, Fi was spotty, especially in the restaurant. It only worked well in my room or close to the modem on the main floor.

Stayed here for a vacation weekend. The room was big enough and overall clean. The beds were cozy and comfy, had a really nice sleep. Showers had hot water. Wifi connection was good. We had cable TV. Breakfast was included and it was okay. The hotel location is really good. Walking distance to restaurants, plaza, and crafts market. About 15min to the Teleferico and 20min to the Historic Center of Quito. I'll recommend this hotel for its great value and location.

The hotel lacked soundproofing, so there was constant noise outside and from neighboring rooms, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. the pillows were quite flat and uncomfortable, while the towels and bathroom amenities in general were of low quality and could use an upgrade.
