We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The European feel of Santa Lucia House - Forum was charming and added to the overall experience. The full breakfast provided was simply awesome, with a wide variety of options. The staff, especially the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even helped us with our luggage when we left.

I stayed at the Forum Hotel in Cuenca for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. Thomas, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The restaurant had excellent food and service, and I enjoyed meeting other travelers during breakfast. The location was convenient for exploring the town and the staff, especially the helpful "wizard," were exceptional. The rooms, though small, were comfortable and modern. I highly recommend this hotel.

One night, when I returned feeling cold, the staff noticed and surprised me with a cozy hot water bag and delicious chocolate mousse. They even packed me coffee to go when I didn't have time for breakfast. The hotel's location near a supermarket was convenient, and the restaurant served tasty and affordable food. Despite a slight lack of ventilation in our room, the overall experience was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel. I had an enjoyable stay at the Forum Hotel.

Beautiful property in Colonial area. Great location, close to main square. Owner/Manager, front desk, and staff welcoming, helpful with all needs. New and lovely bathroom & showers. Very good breakfast with various options. Comfortable and cosy rooms. Good value for money.

The facilities at Santa Lucia House - Forum were fantastic. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The attached restaurant, La Brasserie, served delicious food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel had a charming parlor with a vintage piano. Thomas, the owner/manager, was a wonderful host and provided great assistance for exploring local sights and artesania. The hotel offered a private tour of the Panama hat factory. it was a great experience for my family.

Our room, which overlooked the atrium, was quiet and had a lovely view. The restaurant at the hotel had delicious food and reasonable prices. we felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay here again.

We loved the hotel's perfect location in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. The room was fabulous, with a separate living area that made us feel like we were in a luxurious five-star hotel. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the included breakfast at the on-site restaurant, La Brasserie, was simply amazing. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The shower water temperature was not consistent and the Wi-Fi in the rooms could be improved.
