Exceptional views, warm atmosphere, century-old building, helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, tea and coffee always available.

The scenery was breathtaking, with beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We were impressed with the quality of the food, especially the local dishes that were made using fresh ingredients. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The location was quite remote, which made it difficult to get out and explore the area. the lack of nearby shops and restaurants meant that we were pretty much confined to the hotel, which was not ideal.

Gorgeous, tranquil environment with beautiful gardens. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent host and responsive activity organizer. Great place to escape.

Hacienda Santa Ana is conveniently located just outside Cotopaxi National Park, making it an ideal spot for exploring the Avenue of the Volcanoes. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space for families with kids. The service is outstanding, with the host going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a variety of fresh fruit and juice, a perfect start to the day's adventures. the hacienda offers easy access to nearby attractions such as Cotopaxi volcano.

The dining room could benefit from better heating, as it tends to be a bit chilly during meal times.

This hotel is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities like a garden area, leisure/TV room, and special diet menus. the restaurant served delicious meals and the in-room breakfast was a great touch. the private facilities were top-notch and the location advantages were unbeatable.

Though the service was good, there was a minor issue with the BBQ facilities, which were not up to the standard of this hotel.
