The staff was amazing, attentive, and friendly. The bartender Jorge was excellent. Special dessert for 4th of July. Attention to detail and care for guests' needs. Variety of food options and willingness to cater to specific requests. Clean pool areas and kind zoo staff.

the outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge were standout features, and the entertainments such as night club and live performances ensured we never grew bored. the location, surrounded by nature, was simply stunning.

Despite otherwise impeccable service, the wait at the poolside snack bar was excruciatingly long. This minor issue did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

The resort offers stunning views of the surrounding hills and city of Arenillas. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with balconies providing a beautiful view of the chapel. The pools, especially the one with the cave, are a highlight of the resort, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.

The food at the resort's restaurants was mediocre, with limited options available as some restaurants were not open.

Poor service, mediocre food, and inefficient transport system. the staff was not friendly and the wine was not up to par.
