We found the location of the hotel to be a great starting point for exploring the area. It was close to the main attractions, such as the waterfall and thermal baths, making it convenient for us to venture out. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with good recommendations for places to visit.

There were some aspects of our stay that were not up to our expectations. the bed was too hard, which made it uncomfortable for my partner.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostal. the location was ideal, just a block away from the Virgen thermal pools and away from the noise of town. Our room, located upstairs with a private balcony, offered breathtaking views of the mountain and waterfall. the bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the terrace with stunning views. Parking on the property was very convenient, and the hosts were extremely helpful in answering our questions and providing guidance during our stay. great value and comfort for our short stay.

Nothing, it was perfect!

The location was perfect, close to the thermal pools and the stunning Diablo waterfall. The staff was excellent, welcoming, and always ready to help. We felt very comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The hotel had beautiful greenery, and the terrace dining area provided amazing views of the surrounding mountains and waterfall. The hotel facilities were great, including a pool and the option for massages. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast served on the terrace was delicious. Parking on the property was very convenient.
