We had a fantastic stay at a cozy and charming boutique hotel. the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even lit a fire in the common room and served us cold beers and snacks. the hotel had a lovely garden patio in the back which added to its charm. This was our second stay at the hotel, and we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Cozy and charming hotel with a touch of old Quito. the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. the garden patio in the back was a nice place to relax. the staff was outstanding, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even lit a fire in the common room and served me a cold beer and snacks. the hotel also had a rescued puppy, which added to the homey charm.

The internet was slow, but it didn't really bother me because the overall ambience of the hotel more than made up for it.

As a budget traveler, I absolutely loved my stay at La Rabida. The staff, especially William, provided excellent service with a smile and were always willing to answer my questions and fulfill my requests. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it extremely convenient to explore. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the option of having a breakfast bag prepared for me when I had to leave early in the morning. The lovely cafeteria was an added bonus.

My stay at Hotel de la Rabida was absolutely delightful. I stayed for four nights and the experience was fantastic. From a warm welcome by Paulo to the little touches like a useful map, flowers, and fresh water in the room, everything was perfect. The quiet street and lovely dining room added to the charm. I even made a furry friend, Brownie the bunny, in the garden room with its own patio. The staff, especially Hariz, were incredibly helpful and friendly. I felt pampered throughout my stay and left feeling refreshed and ready to explore more of Ecuador.

Tiny rooms with poor conditions.

I stayed at La Rabida for my trip to the north part of the city. It was well located and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel was easy to find and had a unique and beautiful decor. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations for restaurants and transportation. The breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. Definitely a place I would stay at again!

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful old colonial house with very friendly owners. the location was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even responded to our emergency by bringing us breakfast in the room. the manager, Pablo, was amazing and helped us with everything from finding a guide to recommending activities. the room and bathroom were nice and clean, and we enjoyed the cozy fireplace that burned all night. We also appreciated the manager's advice on staying safe and navigating the area.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They were always willing to answer our questions and provide us with recommendations. The continental breakfast was tasty and included in the room rate, which was a nice bonus. The hotel's location was also great, as it was within walking distance of popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation.

That the hot water in our room was inconsistent. It would go from hot to cold during showers, which was quite frustrating.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Old Town and the airport, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable with nice furnishings. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast and other meals offered in the restaurant are excellent and satisfying. The hotel is also near a large supermarket, making it convenient for any necessary shopping.

The bedside lamp had a non-functioning light bulb, which was not fixed despite being reported.
