During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning panoramic views our room offered. the city and surrounding mountains were a treat for the eyes. the friendly and helpful staff made our experience even more enjoyable. the location of the hotel, just a short walk from the bus terminal, was incredibly convenient.

This level of personalized guidance was a pleasant surprise, as it's not common to receive such orientation from accommodations nowadays. the hostel/hotel itself is new and impeccably clean, and the wifi was strong and reliable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return if we come back to this area.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even insisting on cleaning our room daily and accommodating our needs.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with the addition of drinking water to avoid plastic bottles.
