The hotel was perfectly located, just steps away from the beach. I loved waking up to the beautiful ocean views from my room. the staff was extremely friendly and efficient, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the coffee served at the hotel was arguably the best I've had in the Galapagos. Additionally, the rooftop area provided a perfect spot to enjoy a stunning sunset with a refreshing beverage in hand.

Honestly, I can't think of any negative aspects of my stay. It was truly a gem of a hotel, with its friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and fantastic location.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Puerto Villamil for a week-long vacation. The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible! They went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. From their accommodating and helpful attitude to their thoughtfulness and friendliness, we couldn't have asked for better service. One particular incident really stood out to me - when I accidentally dropped my phone into the ocean, the proprietor personally ran to the grocery store in town to buy me a bag of rice so that I could try to dry it out. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. The hotel itself had a breathtaking view and was conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, tour companies, and bike rentals. Everything we wanted for our vacation was right at our doorstep.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue! The location was perfect as it was very close to the wonderful beach. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop area with great sunset views. Additionally, the hotel was directly across from a nice beach, close to restaurants, and the boardwalk Concha de Perla which has a flamingo lagoon and ends at a tortoise research center. The spacious bedroom overlooking the beach was perfect. The service provided by the staff was truly something else. They were friendly, helpful, and always catered to our needs with a perfect smile. Anna and Juliette were amazing and always had great suggestions for restaurants and tours. This place is highly recommended to everyone!

We had such a wonderful experience staying at the Albemarle hotel in Puerto Villamil. the room was bright and clean, and the air conditioning was amazing. the location was perfect and allowed us to easily explore the area. the staff was friendly and provided us with great advice on what to do during our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was included in the price. we had a fantastic time and would definitely book again if we had the chance to return.

the manager Carlos and Natalia at reception were exceptional. They recommended and booked their favorite restaurants for us, ensuring we had a fantastic dining experience. They also organized wonderful snorkeling trips and even arranged our boat ride back to Santa Cruz. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely terrace and breathtaking views of the sea. the breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was quaint and made it easy to meet the other guests. The hotel was amazing, right on the beach and a close walk to restaurants and even the ferry terminal. The main square of Puerto Villamil was basically right behind the hotel, which can't be beat. The service provided was top-notch, with housekeeping and laundry taken care of efficiently. The shuttle service was a great convenience, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The staff were very helpful, giving us tips on which tours to do and the best local companies to use. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a terrace with garden furniture. The toiletries provided were of high quality, and the dining experience for breakfast was delightful. There was even a picnic area with tables available for guests to enjoy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
