The hotel's location was perfect, being close to everything in La Floresta or Foch. The room was spacious, with large beds and nice facilities. The bathrooms were clean and functional, with plenty of shelving and drawers. The staff was kind and available, making sure guests were comfortable. There was 24/7 access to the hotel with a key fob, providing convenience. the location, room, and service were great.

The internet was very slow, hindering communication and online activities.

The bed was super comfortable, and the hotel was really clean. It's centrally located, making it convenient to explore different neighborhoods and catch the bus to central Quito.

Great room space, amazing shower, small kitchen. Good cost-benefit. Beautiful room, comfortable bed and couch. Super clean. Close to everything, yet quiet. Friendly staff. Let me use washing machines. Amazing host, woke up for taxi. Room perfect and clean. Would recommend.

The stay wasn't all that bad. Complementary champagne and fireworks were a nice touch for the New Year's celebrations. the hotel was close to the party scene which made it easy to find a spot to hang out and drink. Plus, the room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed.

The bathroom was not up to par. the hot water was inconsistent and the shower pressure was weak.

I had a generally satisfying 3-night stay at Hotel + Arte. The location was quiet at night, and the huge bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen in the house was a great perk for breakfasts and tea times. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel + Arte for 5 nights. The staff was extremely helpful and kept all areas very clean. The rooms were comfortable, and we felt safe at all times. The hotel is located in a great area, close to everything. My sons also felt comfortable and had positive comments. We will definitely be back!

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
