We absolutely adored the historic location, right in the heart of the old town center. The restaurant below served delicious food and drinks, and the San Francisco Plaza across the street was stunning. Our room had a beautiful bathroom and the service was impeccable. We couldn't get enough of the amazing breakfast each morning, with fresh bread and great coffee. Plus, we loved sitting in the gorgeous atrium enjoying the view.

The lighting in the rooms could be better, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

The breakfast at Hotel Boutique Portal De Cantuna was outstanding - fresh rolls, fresh fruit, and excellent coffee. The hotel's decor was beautiful with potted plants, antique furnishings, and interesting wall décor. The location was very convenient for exploring the Centro Historico on foot. The staff, including the family of owners, were friendly, accommodating, and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hospitality and service provided by Sonya and her staff were exceptional. The hotel itself is a beautiful Spanish Colonial home converted into a hotel, full of atmosphere. It is located in a safe area of the old town and is just a short walk to the local square and the Grand Plaza. The rooms were lovely, and the breakfast served by the cheerful staff was delicious. The secure parking was also a bonus.

It was within walking distance to many popular sites and attractions. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the breakfast, which was absolutely wonderful with a great variety of options to choose from.

While the hotel had its charm, it was clear that the building was quite old and in need of some maintenance. the floors and walls were a bit rickety, and there were areas that needed painting and patching.

This hotel is located in the historic area of the city, which is perfect for exploring old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms had a view to the outside, giving us a pleasant view of the surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast served in a very convivial atmosphere was top-notch, with a variety of fresh fruit and even eggs made to order.

The only downside was the lack of space for toiletries in the bathroom.

Being tucked away down an alley, we were removed from the street noise but still right in the middle of everything. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast served to us each morning was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits, breads, eggs, and coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome throughout our stay.

Our door didn't close properly, which made us feel uneasy and concerned about security. Additionally, the rooms were windowless, which may be a downside for some guests.
