During my recent stay in Cuenca, I had the pleasure of staying at a centrally located hotel. I was able to explore the city on foot, as there were numerous shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and I particularly loved the spaciousness of my bathroom. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Additionally, the rooms at the back of the hotel were delightfully quiet.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of historic Cuenca. The location couldn't be better, just a couple of blocks from the square and surrounded by beautifully restored colonial buildings. It was a great starting point to explore the city's attractions, museums, and parks, and there were plenty of restaurants right in the center. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds were large and cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, with some members speaking English. They provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel had good facilities, including a nice restaurant with a great menu selection and a complimentary breakfast.

During my Easter stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable rooms at this hotel. The extra luxuries like soaps and nice towels added a touch of luxury to my stay. The bed was nice and the bathroom was clean. the breakfast offered a wide choice of delicious local produce and dishes. It was a great way to start the day.

The thin walls made it difficult to get a good night's sleep as I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. the lack of proper ventilation in the rooms made them feel stuffy and uncomfortable.

The hotel was beautiful and had great customer service. the staff treated us like family and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the included breakfast was delicious. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city and it was also close to the new tramline, which will be convenient for future guests.

The noise from other guests and the street was quite noticeable, especially late at night. Despite this, the hotel staff were helpful in trying to find earplugs and offered suggestions on how to mitigate the noise.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in the heart of Cuenca for a week-long trip. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, fulfilling all of our requests with a smile. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a large tiled bathroom that always had hot water. We were provided with fresh towels, water, soap, and shampoo every day. The included breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel's location was perfect - close to Parque Calderon, markets, and shops. The quality of service and accommodations for the price was exceptional.

The hotel had several areas for socializing, including a charming lobby with attractive artwork and decorations. The breakfast was great, with a variety of options such as eggs made to order, different types of breads, cereals, yogurt, juices. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The hotel's location in the city center made it very convenient for sight-seeing and visiting museums and cathedrals.

I got amazing value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the center square with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and even though they didn't speak English, they were patient and helped me learn some Spanish.

Breakfast delights could be improved with friendlier service. One staff member was particularly unpleasant and seemed disinterested in his job.
