I had a great experience at Hotel El Conquistador. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful city. The staff was friendly and assisted me with my limited Spanish. The room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV and a modern bathroom. The bed was big and comfortable. I loved walking around the city and experiencing the charm of Cuenca. I would highly recommend Hotel El Conquistador for a pleasant stay.

We received two complementary facts during our Easter holidays and the location was great, walking distance from churches, restaurants and shops. Plus, the bed was comfortable and we had hot and cold water whenever we needed it.

Sadly, our experience was not pleasant. the rooms were average and the staff was rude.
